Bladderwrack is a type of seaweed that has a long history of medicinal use due to its high Iodine content as well as other vitamins and minerals. With it being a great source of minerals, consuming bladderwrack helps to replenish minerals burnt in the body as a part of normal activity. This natural seaweed is also high in fiber which can support a healthy gut. It should NOT be taken during pregnancy or nursing.
Instructions: 1 teaspoon per 8 - 12 oz of hot water. Allow each cup to sit for at least 10 minutes before drinking. The recommended dosage is 2 cups per day.
